Spatial distribution data of 209 bird species from Portugal (mainland + islands), collected under the EU Birds Directive. Dataset includes 69,151 occurrences mapped to 10×10 km EEA grid. Used to support designation of SPAs and assess status/trends of species for reporting to the European Commission.
